BV PHOTOGRAPHY
SHOOTING TIME/ADDITIONS
The client and BV photography agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If the client does not arrive at the appointed time for the photoshoot shooting will commence at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be charged for.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
All travel expenses are based on the distance between the location of the photoshoot and BV photography address. For all photoshoots, the first 50 kilometers round trip of travel are included. All kilometers in excess of 50 kilometers roundtrip are charged at R3.50 per kilometer.
TERMS
A signed contract and 50% deposit are required to reserve the dates and times of the location photoshoot. The remaining balance of 50% is payable in full prior to or on the day of the photoshoot. If the photoshoot is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, or if there is a breach of contract by the client, the retainer fee is non-refundable.
COPYRIGHTS
All images are copyright. The client hereby assigns BV photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client on BV photography webpage and facebook page.
CAPTURE AND DELIVERY
BV photography is not liable to deliver every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to the client
is left to the discretion of BV Photography.
